Marcy currently leads the Pittsburgh metro area as the Market Manager for Walmart Stores, Inc. She has oversight of 8 stores including the expansion of a new store in Irwin. In her role, she heads one of the largest companies and employers in the Pittsburgh area with over 2,500 amazing associates.

Starting off in the company as an external Assistant Manager in Training 15 years ago, Marcy has progressively been promoted through multiple leadership roles to her current role as a Market Manager. With a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education/Early Childhood and a Masters Degree in Mentally/Physically Handicapped and a minor in Child Psychology, Marcy has a deep passion for helping children in need and remains very involved with the Pittsburgh and local community. Marcy serves on multiple boards for charitable organizations in the area. This includes The McGuire Memorial which is an organization that provides comprehensive services to people with mental and physical disabilities that may include complex medical conditions and offers supportive services to their families and caregivers. She is also the Co-Vice Chair for the Western PA Salvation Army Advisory Board and is deeply involved in the Project Bundle Up Program which provides needy children and seniors with winter outerwear. She also serves on the Board of Directors at Westmoreland Community College where she is the Chairman of the Marketing/Advocacy Committee and Board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters. She works with Trooper Steve Limani and Co-Chairs the Annual Shop with a Cop Golf Outing to raise money so under privileged children can have a Christmas. Marcy is very committed to the Community in which she lives in and the wonderful company she works for and looks forward to the growth and opportunity.

Marcy is the proud mother of a ten year daughter, Mattie and wife of Donnie.
